Embroidery is approximately 1.4cm in height and can be personalised with up to 12 characters, including spaces. Punctuation and special characters are not accepted, with the exception of hyphens.

The embroidery position is front and central as shown.

If you would like any capital letters please ensure to type as so.

Personalised pieces are embroidered to order and may take up to 7 working days to be dispatched. Orders containing personalised items will be shipped together once your personalised piece is ready.

Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, and once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled.
